All engagements will be conducted in accordance with French legislation governing Enterprises Individuelles, with the following terms applying unless stated explicitly otherwise in the negotiated contract of work:

• Rates: A default rate of 120 EUR per hour / 960 EUR per day will apply, exclusive VAT. Other rates may be applied based on duration and nature of work
• Discounts and rebates: None apply
• Trade discounts: None apply
• Terms of payment: Default term of payment is net 30, billable after each calendar month’s work
• Late charges: In the event of non-payment, each invoice will be subject to a 40 EUR processing and servicing fee plus a late fee equal 12.88% interest compounded daily until the payment date
• Dispute resolution: In the event of dispute resolution requiring legal intervention, disagreements will be resolved via the French legal system
